Agnes M. Bennett

Agnes M. Bennett, 93, formerly of Phillipsburg, NJ, died peacefully Tuesday morning, May 24, 2016, at CedarBrook Nursing & Rehab Ctr, Fountain Hill. She was the wife of the late Francis K. Bennett who passed in 1982. Born in Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County, she was a daughter of the late Marcelle and Stella (Kola) Szafranski.
Agnes was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She attended Assumption BVM Catholic Church, Northampton.
Survivors: daughters, Paula wife of Robert Myers of Coplay, Patricia wife of Ronald Civitella of Hellertown. sons, Kenneth, Anton and wife Tammy, all of Northampton, James of Whitehall. 7 grandchildren. 5 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by grandson, Jason, brothers, Ted, and Marcelle.
Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00AM Tuesday, Assumption BVM Catholic Church, 22nd Street and Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067. Call, 9-10:00AM Tuesday in church. Interment, Greenwich Cemetery Assoc, Stewartsville, Warren County, NJ. Arrangements, Schisler Funeral Home, Northampton.
