Albert O. Frey

Albert O. Frey, 86, of Nazareth, went home on Monday, November 12, 2018, at his residence. Al was born in Reddington, PA on July 9, 1932 to Ida (Derrick) and Oliver R. Frey.
He graduated at Bethlehem VoTech and attended Lehigh University. He served in the US Army from 1953 to 1955. Al worked at the Bethlehem Steel Co. for 44 years. He married Marie (Heft) on September 14, 1957. They were married for 61 years. Al was a member of Dryland UCC and was a past Elder and Sunday School Teacher. He was a member of the American Legion Post 415, Nazareth.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Pam wife of Jeff Youngkin, Cindy wife of Mike Pizzoferrato, Amy wife of Dave Hohl; Nine grandchildren, Tyler, Nick, and Jaime Youngkin; Tori and Gabby Pizzoferrato; Katie, Charlie, Jack, and Annemarie Hohl. sister, Geri Six. He was predeceased by a sister Irene Joyce.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Northampton County Special Olympics, 16 Danforth Drive, Easton, PA 18045 or Dryland UCC, 4415 Newburg Road, Nazareth, PA 18064. Arrangements are being handled by Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home, Nazareth.
