Alfred J. "Butch" Weber

Alfred J. "Butch" Weber, 62 of Northampton, PA passed away with family by his side on Friday, August 16, 2024 at his residence. Born October 5, 1961 in Allentown, PA. He was the son of the late Alfred J. Weber and the late Ann M. (Bobyak) Weber.

Alfred was a graduate of Northampton Area Senior High School (1979) and was last employed by Lowe's Home Improvements as a night shift inventory stocker for the past 15 years. Alfred was a member of Grace U.C.C. Church, Northampton, PA. In his earlier years, he enjoyed bowling, golf, and spending time with family. Butch loved sports and enjoyed coaching his children in a variety of sports. Butch was also a long-time member of the noted "Chain Gang" of Northampton, assisting with the chains for many of the High School Football games. He also enjoyed walking and being outdoors.

He is survived by his two children; son Joseph B. Weber and daughter Kristen A. Weber. Sister Andrea, wife of Joseph Ossiander and brother Anthony J. Weber and his wife Dawn. A grandson, Jordan, and several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 23 at Schisler Funeral Home, located at 2119 Washington Ave. Northampton, PA 18067 with the Rev. Robert J. Gutekunst officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Interment will follow in Assumption of the B.V.M. Cemetery, Northampton, PA.
