Alfred J. Chaputer

Alfred J. Chaputer, 87 of Coplay - N. Whitehall Township, PA passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2018. Born May 20, 1931 in Meyersville, PA, he was the son of the late John and Catherine (Stefancik) Chaputer. He was a farmer all of his life. He was a member of St. John The Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church in Northampton.

Survivors: Nieces, Barbara A. Supp and Carol K. wife of David Rabenold. Sister-in-law, Janet Chaputer, and cousins. He was predeceased by brother, Edward Chaputer, and sisters, Helen Toth and Marilyn Supp.

Services: Funeral Liturgy will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 13, 2018, at St. John The Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1343 Newport Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067, with the Very Rev. John Seniw officiating. The family will receive family and friends from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, July 12, and at 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM on Friday, July 13, at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave., Northampton, PA 18067. Interment will follow in St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church Cemetery, Northampton.
