Alfreda J. Lantzy

Alfreda J. (Ratay) Lantzy , 84, of Franklin Avenue, Palmerton, PA, formerly of Delaware Valley and Tucson, AZ, died peacefully Thursday, Thanksgiving morning, November 24, 2022, in her home.  She was the wife of the late Edward C. Lantzy.  Born in Chester, Delaware County, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Ann (Sotack) Ratay.

Alfreda was employed as an LPN for Bayada Health, Lehigh Valley Health Network, Allentown, and Pocono.  Alfreda was active in politics and was a member of the Democratic Party.

Survivor: Sandra L. Peters of Bethlehem, and Patricia L. Passick with whom she resided.  Granddaughters, Rhiannon Frantz, Rhonwen Peters.  Great-granddaughters, Willow, and Parker.  Several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by sisters,  Maryann Nester, and Frances Ford, and brothers, Michael Ratay, and Edward Ratay.
