Alice M. Paukovits , 89 of Coplay, PA, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at her residence in Coplay, PA. Born February 3, 1935 in Palmerton, PA, she was the daughter of the late John Drgon and the late Amelia (Neimeister) Drgon. She was the wife of the late Thomas L. Pudelka who  passed away in 1977, and the late Francis Paukovits who passed away in 2007.

After graduating Palmerton High School, Alice went to work for the former Grant's Dept. Store, Palmerton, PA before securing a parttime secretarial position split between the former Seigel's Dept. Store and Charles Campton Funeral Home both of Palmerton, PA. for 10 years. Then, around the mid 1980's she took a full-time secretarial position with Nationwide Insurance, Palmerton, PA until retiring in 2000. Alice was a member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Coplay, PA. She enjoyed being a member of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary R.C. Church "Young at Heart Group", Northampton, PA.

Surviving are sons, Thomas J. Pudelka and wife Dawn of Palmerton, PA and Michael Pudelka and wife Maryrose of Quakertown, PA, daughter, Pamela M. wife of Daivd Reznick of Northampton, PA; Stepdaughter; Michelle wife of Joseph Slivko of Bethlehem, PA, 3 granddaughters, 3 great-grandchildren, 9 step-grandchildren, and 5 step-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by sisters, Anna Vicario, and Olga Mudry, stepson Francis "Paco" Paukovits.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday August 1, 2024 at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 4 South Fifth Street Coplay, PA. 18037. Family and friends may call 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM prior to Mass in the Church.  Interment will follow in Assumption of the B.V.M. Cemetery- Mausoleum, Northampton, PA. Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067 has been entrusted with her care and services.
