Allen A. Frohnheiser

Allen A. Frohnheiser, 73, of Lehighton, died peacefully Saturday morning, November 28, 2020, at Brookmont Healthcare Center, Effort, Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.  Born in Palmerton, he was a son of the late Kenneth and Liona (Rehrig) Frohnheiser.

Allen was employed in the maintenance/custodial services department of the former Blue Mountain Health Systems, Gnaden Huetten Memorial Campus, Lehighton.  An army veteran of Vietnam, he was awarded 2 Bronze Stars and achieved rank of SP5.  Allen enjoyed hiking, collecting baseball cards, and Pez dispensers.

Survivors: Daughter, Melissa A. Arnold of Slatington. Granddaughter, Tia.  Sisters, Linda wife of Russell Schoenberger of Weissport, Muriel Highland of Lehighton.  Brothers, Ronald of Nis Hollow, Leon and wife Pat of Lehighton, Scott and wife Debbie of IN.  Several nieces and nephews.
