Andrew "Andy" P. Heminitz,
66, of Kenosha, Wisconsin (formally of Walnutport, PA), passed away on November 28, 2017. He was the husband of Catherine (Graham) Heminitz for 14 years, and a son of the late John and Anastasia "Frances" (Redash) Heminitz.
A graduate of Northampton High School, and the Culinary Institute of America in New York, he was a self-employed caterer and Master Chef for over 40 years. He was the previous owner of Andrew Paul's Catering in Allentown. Andy was a former regional director of the Bath Area Jaycees, a Sunday School Teacher and choir member of Bethany Wesleyan Church in Cherryville. Andy was currently doing mission work with Chinese students, and was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Wisconsin.
Survivors:
Surviving in addition to his wife, Catherine are, stepson Jason and wife Rachel Lowrey of Minnesota. Stepdaughter Erin and husband Michel Krebs of Wisconsin. Brother, John Heminitz and wife Janet of Walnutport. Grandchildren, Abby, Allison, Adam, Annika, Abel, Michel, and Hope. Nieces Janelle Hall, and Jocelyn Heminitz. He was predeceased by a sister, Anastasia.
