Ann Marie Demarcantonio

Ann Marie (Tarasawich) DeMarcantonio , 70, of Summer Mountain Road, Lehighton, East Penn Township, Pennsylvania, died early Monday evening, September 27, 2021, at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem.  She was the wife of Dominic DeMarcantonio, Jr. since November 29, 1996.  Born in Staten Island, NY, she was a daughter of the late John, Sr. and Camille (Barbera) Tarasawich.

Ann Marie was employed as an assistant/counselor by the Jim Thorpe Area School District, and also as an aide for Pleasant Trees Personal Care Home, Ashfield.  She formerly attended Faith Alive UMC, Bowmanstown.  Ann Marie enjoyed helping people participating in her Reflect and Renew Group, Carbon County, and volunteering at the Weissport Mission.

Survivors: Husband.  Daughter, Camille wife of Brad Kresge of Palmerton.  Sister, Fran of FL.  Brother, Thomas and wife Laura of FL.  Granddaughter, Adalyn Kresge. Nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by son, Joseph Armenia in 2007, and a brother, John, Jr.
