Anthony J. Piller Jr.

Anthony J. Piller, Jr. , 79 of Walnutport, PA, passed away on Friday, February 7, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg Campus in Bethlehem, PA. Born July 3, 1945 in Allentown, PA, he was the son of the late Anthony J. Piller, Sr. and the late Sophie (Bodish) Piller. He was the husband of Judith A. (Krum) Piller with whom he shared 57 years of marriage this January 27, 2025.

Anthony was a graduate of  Whitehall High School who was last employed by the Bethlehem Steel Corp., Bethlehem, PA as  a Heavy Equipment Operator for 33 years, before retiring in 2003. Anthony was a member of St. Nicholas Roman Catholic Church, Berlinsville, PA. He enjoyed collecting and restoring antique automobiles and was a member of the Palmerton Pacemakers Car. Club. He served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War.

Surviving along with his wife Judith are daughter, Lisa A. Gross(Barry) of Walnutport, PA, sisters, Carol Debus(James) of Emmaus, PA and Rita Farkas(Donald) of Walnutport, PA, and a grandson Anthony Gross.

A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday February 19, 2025 at Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery, 2nd Street Northampton, PA. 18067.
