Antoinette A. (Stribula) Homlak , 88, of Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton, PA, died peacefully Monday afternoon, February 21, 2022 at St. Luke's Hospital, Carbon Campus, Lehighton.  She was the wife of the late Leonard T. Homlak, Sr., who passed in 2016.  Born in Nova Dedina, Slovakia, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Mary (Selka) Stribula.

Antoinette was employed as a seamstress by the former Natalie Fashions Co., Palmerton, for more than 20 years.  She also worked as a nurse's aide and in the laundry department of Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown and as a Long Lines Operator for New York Telephone.  A member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Palmerton, where she participated with the choir and the Altar and Rosary Society.  Antoinette was an active member of The World Apostolate of Fatima, USA, Our Lady's Blue Army Shrine, Washington, NJ, the Slovak Catholic Sokols, and various mission partners.  She lived her Catholic faith to the fullest, and was a firm believer in the power of prayer.

Survivors: Daughters, Mary wife of Douglas Serfass of Bethlehem, Catherine wife of Frank Facchiano of Allentown.  Sons, Gerard, and Leonard, Jr., both of Palmerton.  7 grandchildren, Angela, David, Gabrielle, Austin, Eva, Stephen, and Christopher.  Great-granddaughter, Evelynn.  She was predeceased by an infant sister, brothers, Anthony, John, Stephen, Joseph, and recently, daughter-in-law, Denise L. (Wargo) Homlak in 2021.

Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 28, 2022, at Sacred Heart Church, 243 Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071 with the Rev. John Hutta officiating.  Call, 9:30-10:30 a.m., Monday, Campton Funeral Home, 525 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071.  Interment, Parish's New Cemetery, Stoney Ridge Road, Palmerton.  Online Condolences may be left for the family at: www.schislerfuneralhomes.com .
