Barbara A. Otto

Barbara A. (Sander, Haas) Otto , of Lehighton, Pennsylvania, passed peacefully into eternal rest in her home on Sunday, February 28, 2021, at the age of 77.  Her husband, Robert Otto, was by her side.  Born in Palmerton, she was a daughter of the late Mark and Margaret (Zell) Sander.

Barbara enjoyed gardening, and spending time with her family, and attending Bethany Wesleyan Church, Lehighton.  She also enjoyed traveling the country with her husband, and owned and operated many businesses including an RV center and campground in Lehighton.

Survivors: Husband, Robert.  Sons, Timothy M. Haas, and Douglas R. Haas and wife Denise.  Daughter, Crystal Otto wife of the late Eric.  Sister, Loie Markley wife of Lewis, and Marcia Rehrig wife of John.  Grandchildren, Shaina, Vanessa, Savannah, Taylor, Ashley, and Austin.  Great-granddaughter, Sophia.  3 nieces and 2 nephews.  She was predeceased by her first husband, Raymond Haas, a brother, Richard, and a stepson, Phillip Otto.
