Barbara L. Ruch

Barbara L. Ruch , 79, of Allen Township, Pennsylvania died on August 19, 2017, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg Campus. Born May 27, 1938 in Bowmanstown, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Leon and Helen (Bisbing) Lentz. She was the loving wife of Stover "Ed" Ruch, Jr. for 34 years. She was an administrative assistant for Air Products Corporation for over 10 years retiring in 1996. Prior to she worked for Olin Corporation. She was a member of the Whitehall area AARP and enjoyed sewing and reading.

Survivors: Survivors include her husband Stover "Ed"; son, Scott Dieter of Huntington Beach, California; daughter, Karen Dieter of Ogdensburg, New York; Step-son, Robin E. Ruch of Catasauqua, Pennsylvania; brother, Roger L. Lentz and his wife Bernadette of Fairfax, Virginia; sister, Marie J. Scheffler of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania; granddaughter, Kearea Ruch. She was predeceased by a sister, Susan A. Hill.

Services: A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3355 MacArthur Rd., Whitehall, PA 18052. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until time of services at the church.

Contributions: In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the church memorial fund in memory of Barbara.
