Betty J. Rausch

Betty J. Rausch , 67, of the Palmer House, Palmerton, PA, died peacefully on Friday morning, February 5, 2021, in her home.  Born in Allenton, she was the daughter of the late George and Evelyn (Snyder) Holtzer.  She was the longtime companion of John Karchefski.

She was employed by Giant Food Markets as a clerk.  Betty enjoyed spending time with friends and family at home, loved horses, ice cream and banana splits.  She attended Bethany Wesleyan Church.

Survivors: Daughter, Jessica Rausch of Lansford.  Sons, Barry Rausch of Scranton, and Michael and wife Denise Buchanan of Palmerton.  Brother, Richard and wife Betty Holtzer of St. Joseph's, MO.  Sisters, Shirley Keiser of Lehighton, PA, and June Moll of Ocala, FL.  7 grandchildren.  6 great-grandchildren. Companion, John Karchefski.
