Betty L. Wagner , 87 of Northampton, PA passed away on February 4, 2024 at her residence.
Born September 4, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Christian "Yanders" Yandrischovitz and the late Isabelle (Miller) "Yanders" Yandrischovitz. She was the wife of the late Robert V. Wagner, with whom she shared 61 loving years of marriage with until his passing in 2017.

Betty was most recently supervisor at Integrating Marketing Concepts, Whitehall, PA for 15 years before her retirement in 1999. Some of her other employments through the years include Newhard Pharmacy, Miller's Department Store, Cross Country Clothes, and Tama Manufacturing, all located in Northampton, PA.

Betty loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She would do crafts as well as attend their sport events. She was a family woman that loved those close to her dearly. She was also an avid Flyers fan, and was a proud majorette in her high school years.

Surviving are sons, Robert A. Wagner of Bethlehem, PA Kevin D. and wife Theresa Wagner of Northampton, PA. Brothers, Wayne and wife Janet Yanders of Whitehall, PA and Barry and wife Rosalie Yanders of Walnutport, PA. Sisters, Lynda Prachar of Catasauqua, PA and Jane wife of John Grason of Center Valley, PA. Grandchildren, Allison Wagner, Tricia and husband Daniel Salabsky, Ryan and wife Hilary Wagner. Three great grandchildren, Brynn and Owen Salabsky, Emma Wagner. Betty was preceded in death by brothers Richard Yanders, Christian Yanders Jr. Sisters, Carol Martin, Barbara Hrycyszyn.

Services: The family will receive family and friends from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a 12:00 PM memorial service, all on Friday, February 16 at the Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Northampton.

Contributions may be made to Lehigh Valley Arthritis Foundation, or American Cancer Society, care of the funeral home.
