Betty J. Zimmerman

Betty J. (Peters) Zimmerman, 67, of Orchard Drive, Fullerton, Whitehall Twp, died Sunday afternoon, May 27, 2018, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown.  She was the wife of the late Edward J. Zimmerman who passed in 2016.  Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Russell H. and Lovey J. (Behney) Peters.

Betty was employed by the Superior Restaurant, Emmaus, as a waitress/hostess for over 30 years, retiring in 2016.  She enjoyed casino trips and playing bingo.

Survivors: son, Eric J. Zimmerman and companion Ashley E. Hermany of Whitehall, sisters, Carol (Francis) Bilder, Debbie (Virgil) Roque, Bonnie Boyer, Cindy Nederostek, all of Whitehall, Beverly Kelly of FL, Lucy (Jerry) Vincent of Allentown, brothers, John (Michele), Donald (Mary), all of Whitehall, Ronald (Therese), Larry, all of NC, Rodney (Judy) of Catasauqua, Glen (Linda) of Walnutport, numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by infant sister, Patricia, and brothers, Russell R. and Kevin.

Services: 10:00am Friday, Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067.  Call, 9-10:00am Friday in funeral home.  Interment, Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Airport Road, Hanover Twp.
