Blaise A. Schweibinz,
92, of Palmerton, Pennsylvania, died Saturday, November 10, 2018, at St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown. Born September 24, 1926 in Lehighton, he was the son of the late Clifford and Thelma (Petrey) Schweibinz, and the husband of the late Evangeline (Kleinsmith) Schweibinz.
He was a machinist at Air Products for 38 years before retiring, and after that he worked for Rentschler in Slatington. He served his country honorably in the US Navy during World War II, and was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bowmanstown.
Survivors: Sons, Larry A. and wife Jane Schweibinz of Palmerton, Terry L. and wife Janet Schweibinz of Slatington. Grandchildren, Christopher, Linsey, Matthew, Arron, and Joshua. Six great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a great-granddaughter, and sister, Marion A. Mertz.
Services: The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m., followed by an 11:00 a.m. Memorial Service, all on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 500 Ore Street, Bowmanstown, PA 18030.
