Bonnie L. (Serfass) Eckrode
, 54, of Main Street, Northampton, Pennsylvania, died peacefully Monday evening, July 24, 2017, in her home. She was the wife of Robert M. Eckrode since August 13, 1983. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Luther H. and Dolphin J. (Butz) Serfass.
Bonnie was a self-employed beautician, owner/operator of The Main Wave Styling Salon, Northampton, for many years. She was a member and secretary of the Ladies Aide at Faith Reformed Church of Christ, Lehigh Township. Bonnie enjoyed scrapbooking, shopping, and being a grandmother. She also was an Avon and Longaberger Representative.
Survivors: Husband, Robert Eckrode. Son, Mark R. and wife Lindsay Eckrode of Allentown. 2 granddaughters, Adalyn, and Alayna. Brothers, Gary L. and wife Cynthia Serfass, Joel L. and wife Martha Serfass, all of Walnutport. Niece, Laura. Nephews, Jason, Michael, and Sean. Sister-in-law, Kat Eckrode of Allentown.
