Bradley Keith Lafaw , 34, of Lehighton, PA, entered into eternal rest Saturday evening, November 27, 2021, at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem. He was surrounded by his loving family. Bradley was stricken at home on Thanksgiving evening with anaphylaxis and cardiac arrest. Born in Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown, he was a son of Mrs. Cindy F. (Mertz) Lafaw and the late Keith Lawrence Lafaw of Lehighton.
Bradley was employed as a security officer by UNFI, AGTac Security, SuperValue, Schnecksville. After graduating from Palmerton Area High School in 2005, Bradley pursued multiple passions such as NASCAR race car design/mechanical engineering at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, and massage therapy at Metro Academy, Allentown. He was spiritually driven to care for others. Throughout life, he participated in soccer, high school football and baseball. Bradley was a member of Blue Mountain Community Church, Palmerton, their men's softball and fantasy football leagues, and attended Carbon County Christian School. He enjoyed playing video games, watching movies, NFL football and NASCAR with family and friends. He had a vast collection of 027 Lionel Trains and sports memorabilia. Bradley loved the television programs Top Gear, Barret-Jackson, Mecum Auctions, Supercars, and Jay Leno's Garage. He loved helping his mom take care of the house and decorate for the holidays. Bradley anticipated steak-night, either ordering a cheesesteak from Sunny's or roasting a steak on the open fire in the living room. His fan favorites were Dale Earnhardt, Dale Jarret, Philadelphia Phillies, Eagles, and Red Sox. Bradley was kind, caring, and had the most contagious laugh that lit up every room he entered. He loved his little cousins, Bella, Connor, and Josiah. Mr. Lafaw was our very own Robin Williams. He loved to make others happy, and like Samwise to Frodo, he stood by his family's side 'til the end. Bradley chose to give the gift of life to others as an organ donor. His sudden, unexpected passing should remind us to cherish our loved ones and realize how fragile life is.
