Bruce L. Guth

Bruce L. Guth, 87 of Allentown - South Whitehall Twsp., PA, passed away on July 2, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest Campus in Allentown, PA. Born May 29, 1935 in Coplay - N. Whitehall Twsp., PA, he was the son of the late Douglas Guth and the late Elsie (Crouthamel) Guth. He was the husband of the late Francine F. (Fenstermacher) Guth who passed away March 11, 2000.

Bruce retired in 1997 from Parkland Area School District where he worked as a custodian for 7 years. Prior, he was employed by the former Cross Country Clothes, Whitehall, PA as a presser for over 20 years. Bruce started his working career at Quaker Shoes, Allentown, PA where he met his wife, Francine. Bruce enjoyed spending his time outside farming and gardening.

Surviving are sons, Douglas and Barry Guth of Allentown, PA, brother, Dollard Guth of Walnutport, PA, sister, Lucille wife of Stanley Flamish of Bath, PA, along with many nieces and nephews. Bruce was pre-deceased by 2 brothers, and a sister.

A Graveside Service with interment will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday July 8, 2022 at Egypt Cemetery, on Egypt Cemetery Road Whitehall, PA 18052, with the Rev Dr. J. Brad Roth officiating. Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067, has been entrusted with his care and arrangements.
