Carl A. Gross, Sr.

Carl A. Gross, Sr., 78 of Palmerton, PA. formerly of Northampton, died on Saturday, November 11, 2017, at Tranquil Living, Palmerton, PA. Born December 25, 1938 in Allentown, he was the son of the late Raymond and Mildred (Heil) Gross. He was the husband of Victory G. (D'Arconte) Gross with whom he shared 54 years of marriage this past July 28, 2017.

Carl was a laborer employed by Alvin H. Butz, Inc. for 33 years before retiring in 2000. He served his country as a EMP3 in the U.S. Navy from 1956 until 1958.

Survivors: Surviving with his wife Victory are sons, Carl A. Gross, Jr. and wife Jeanine of Northampton, PA, Michael R. Gross and wife Jennifer of Emmaus, PA, brothers, Donald, Kenneth, and sister, Rosalie Behney. 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by brother, Robert and sister, Eleanor.

Services: A viewing will be held from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM followed by Services at 11:00 AM on Friday November 17, 2017 at Schisler Funeral Home, Inc., 2119 Washington Ave. Northampton, PA. 18067. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
