Carl F. Kopack, Sr.

Carl F. Kopack, Sr., 84, of Mahoning Mountain Road, Lehighton, East Penn Township, PA, died Sunday evening, September 6, 2026, at Cedarbrook Nursing Home, South Whitehall Township.  He was the husband of Joyce J. (Nansteel) Kopack.  Born in Coaldale, Schuylkill County, he was a son of the late Anthony and Mae (Darkes) Kopack.

Carl was employed in the office and clerical department of the Mack Trucks Corp., Allentown for many years.  He was a 1960 graduate of the former Summit Hill High School, later serving in the Army, Vietnam Era, achieving the rank of SP4 E4.  An avid golfer, he was a member of the former Mahoning Valley Country Club, Lehighton.

Survivors: Wife.  Son, Carl F., Jr., and companion Conie Stewart of Lansford.  Brothers, Anthony of the Carolinas, and Michael and wife Sandra of Utica, NY.  He was predeceased by sisters, Sandra Breiner, Carol A. Andrews, and a sister-in-law, Margo Kopack.
