Carol A. Bilder , 78 of Whitehall, PA, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg Campus in Bethlehem, PA. Born February 28, 1947, in Allentown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Russell H. Peters and the late Lovey J. (Behney) Peters. She was the wife of the late Francis E. Bilder with whom she shared 54 years of marriage at his passing on January 9, 2022.

Carol was last employed as the Candy Maker for the Boscov's Department Store, Whitehall, PA for 10 years before retiring in 2023. Prior to, she worker for Mail Well Envelope Co. as a machine operator for 32 years. She was a member of Queenship of Mary Roman Catholic Church, Northampton, PA. Carol enjoyed spending time with family and friends at the Whitehall Community Senior Center, Pine St., Whitehall where she played bingo, enjoyed dancing and doing aerobics.

Carol is survived by her children, sons, Francis J. Bilder, Sr. and wife Terri of Whitehall, PA, Keith R. Bilder, Sr. and wife Kimberly of Whitehall, PA, Jon P. Bilder and wife Sheri Breisch of Whitehall, PA and Mark L. Bilder and wife Michelle of Catasauqua, PA, daughter, Michele M. Walters of Whitehall, PA, brothers, John Peters and wife Shelley of Whitehall, PA, Ronald Peters and wife Terry of Orrum, NC, Donald Peters and wife Mary of Whitehall, PA, Rodney Peters and wife Judy of N. Catasauqua, PA, Larry  Peters of Kannapolis, NC and Glen Peters and wife Linda of Walnutport, PA, sisters, Beverly Kelly of Dowling Park, FL, Debbie Rogue wife of Virgil of Whitehall, PA, Ms. Bonnie Boyer of Whitehall, PA, Cindy Nederostek of Whitehall, PA and Lucy Vincent wife of Gerald of Whitehall, PA; 16 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters, and her grandson Joseph Francis Bilder in 2024.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:30 PM on Wednesday November 26, 2025, at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave. Northampton, PA 18067 with the Deacon Michael Doncsecz officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM prior to the services. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Whitehall, PA.
