Carol E. Firth

Carol E. Firth, 75 of Whitehall, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg in Bethlehem. Born March 9, 1951 in Stewartsville, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Verna (Beers) Willis and wife of the late Richard H. Firth, who passed away in 2004.

She worked as a secretary for the East Penn School District for 27 years before retiring in 2014. Carol was an avid reader, and enjoyed singing and humming with her favorite songs. She also had a deep love of Christmas and made sure it was always a special day for her loved ones. She absolutely adored her grandchildren and loved spending time with them.

She is survived by daughters, Michele D. wife of Travis Gruber of Coplay, PA and Wendy wife of Shane Saul of Whitehall, grandsons Jared Saul, and Jaxon Gruber, and many extended loved ones. She was predeceased by her step-mother Betty Willis.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by an 11:00 AM Memorial Service, all on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at the Schisler Funeral, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton.
