Caroline R. Kurtz
, 87, of Bowmanstown, Pennsylvania, died on Saturday, September 16, 2017, at the Summit at Blue Mountain Health Systems, in Lehighton. Born December 4, 1929, in Palmerton, she was the daughter of the late John and Caroline (Bozik) Lieskovsky and wife of the late Stephen Kurtz.
She was a layout operator for AT&T/Western Electric, Allentown, for thirty years before retiring in 1981. She was a member of the AT&T Telephone Pioneers as well as numerous clubs and groups in the Lehigh Valley.
Survivors: Surviving are nephews, Joseph and his wife Jane Farkas of Lower Towamensing Township, Philip and his wife Lillian Senesi of Long Island, New York. Nieces, Jane wife of Anthony Capone of Bowmanstown, Joann wife of William Black of College Point, New York, and Lorrain wife of the late Bruce Burmeister of Mineola, New York. She was predeceased by sisters, Anna Senesi and Mary Farkas.
Services: The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., on Friday, September 22, 2017, followed by an 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service, at the Campton Funeral Home, Inc., 525 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071.
