Carolyn J. (LaRose) Broadbent, 89, formerly of Easton and Catasauqua, died peacefully Sunday evening, March 27, 2022, at ProMedica SNF Bethlehem. Born in Scranton, she was a daughter of the late James A. and Myrtle B. (Williams) LaRose.
Carolyn was employed as a store manager by various retail stores including the former Two Guys Dept Store, Bethlehem, GNC Pharmacy, Palmer Twp, and Fashion Colony, Palmer Twp.
Survivors: daughter, Rebecca J. wife of John P. Hinnerschietz of Catasauqua. sons, James M. and wife Brenda Broadbent of Nazareth, Ralph W. and wife Mary Broadbent of Kingsport, TN. 6 grandchildren. 14 great grandchildren. 3 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by daughter, Diane E. Wooley in 2001, stepson, Michael Berger, sister, Ellen Mae, brother, James, and longtime companion, Albert Berger in 2003.
Services: Private Family Memorial Services. Arrangements, Schisler Funeral Home, Northampton.
