Carrie A. (Smith) Bauer , 77, of Blue Mountain Drive, Danielsville, Lehigh Township, PA, died late Thursday evening, December 18, 2025, at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem. She was the wife of the late Ronald J. Bauer, Sr., who passed in 2024. Born in Weissport, she was a daughter of the late Lewis A.D. Sr., and Sally (Behler) Smith.
Carrie was employed as a table worker by the former DeeVille Blouse Co., Danielsville, and later for the former Paris Accessories Co., Walnutport. Carrie, aka "Bubbles" became friends with everyone she met. She loved her family, and her friends who she considered as family. Her boisterous personality was infectious. She loved to make people laugh, and was sure to give almost everyone an endearing nickname.
Survivors: Daughter, Yvette Green and fiance David Jude of Summit Hill. Son, Ronald J., Jr. and wife Jennifer of Walnutport. Grandchildren, Jordan, Grace, and Rachel. Sisters, Helen M. Heffelfinger of South Whitehall Township, and Betty Lou Konek of Lehighton. Brothers, Lewis A.D., Jr., and Larry D., both of Lehighton. Many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters, Ellen Kresge, and Nancy Anthony.
