Catherine M. Ungood

Catherine M. Ungood , 66, of Palmerton, Pennsylvania, died on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at her son's residence in Lehighton.  Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late John Stephen Dorner and Betty Mae (Nachesty) Dorner.  She was the wife of the late Allen Ungood, Sr., who passed in 2017.

Cathy loved doing anything with her family, especially spending time with her grandkids.  She was employed by the former Paris Neckwear Company, Slatington, until its closure.  Subsequently, she worked at Riverstone Manor in Walnutport, and then most recently at Mrs. Bush's Personal Care Home, for several years, until her retirement.

Survivors: Sons, Jesse J. Ungood of Lehighton, and John Dorner and wife Jamie of Allentown.  Daughter, Kelli Ungood and fiance Donald Dunn of Schnecksville.  7 grandsons, William Gross, Jesse Ungood Jr., Colton Ungood-Ruzicka, Colson Ungood-Ruzicka, Braydon Ungood, Jace Ungood and Allen Ungood, III.  2 Granddaughters, Leah Ungood, and Isabella Ungood.  Brother, John Ungood of Kunkletown.  Sister, Carol (Dorner) Michael, of Frenchtown, NJ.  She was predeceased by son Allen Ungood, Jr., of Palmerton, in 2021.
