Catherine "Cass" V. Bogarosh

Catherine "Cass" V. Bogarosh, 96 of Whitehall, Pennsylvania died on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Born Sunday, November 7, 1926 in West Catasauqua, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Catherine (Schwindenhammer) Seyfried. She was the wife of the late John Bogarosh with whom she shared 60 years of marriage before his passing in 2006.

Cass was a quiller at Cands Fabric in Catasauqua for 26 years before retiring in 1970.  Then she worked for 4 years at the former Leader Nursing Home, Bethlehem in housekeeping.  Cass was a member of Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, Whitehall, PA, and also enjoyed going to polka dances.

Surviving are daughters, Linda M. wife of James Marucci of Whitehall, PA and Jayne L. wife of Dale Snyder of Crossville, TN, 3 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, Paul Seyfried, Jr. and George Seyfried, sisters, Agnes Bodnar and Leona Groman.

Family and friends may call 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Tuesday August 15, 2023 prior to Memorial Service at 11:00 AM all at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3355 MacArthur Rd, Whitehall, PA.  The Rev. Manuel Stivers presiding.   Interment for the family to follow at St. John's Union Cemetery, Whitehall, PA.
