Charles R. Christman

Charles R. Christman , 72, of Center Street, Slatington, Pennsylvania, died Tuesday afternoon, February 9, 2021, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Inpatient Hospice Care, Allentown.  Born in Palmerton, he was a son of the late Charles W. and Esther E. (Frederick) Christman.

Charles was employed for many years by Alpo-Purina Corp., Allentown, as a forklift operator in the Production Dept.  He attended St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Towamensing, Palmerton.  An avid fisherman, he was a life member of the Slatington Skeet Club, Washington Twp., and the Heidelberg Game Protective Assoc.

Survivors: Sisters, Patricia wife of Earl Cassey of Slatington, and Annette wife of Rocky Roberts of NC.  Brothers, Harold R. Frederick with whom he resided, and Robert L. and wife Debbie J. Christman of Jim Thorpe.  Nieces and nephews.
