Charles M. Dotter

Charles M. Dotter , 81 of Lehighton, PA passed away on Friday, January 3, 2025, at his residence in Lehighton, PA. Born December 17, 1943 in Dotter's Corner PA, he was the son of the late Milton Dotter and the late Miriam (Shupp) Dotter. Charles was the husband of Pauline Dotter, whom he spent 19 loving years of marriage.

Charles was a graduate of Pleasant Valley High School. After graduating, he served in the US Navy during the Vietnam era from 1963-1966. After being honorably discharged, he worked for Lehighton School District, doing custodial work for 30 years before retiring in 2005.

Charles was a member of Wyoming Trail Council of PA Native American, Lehighton Fire Co. #1, Nesquehoning VFW, Gilbert American Legion, Beaver Run Rod & Gun Club.

Surviving along with wife Pauline are daughters, Sherri Pavlik and companion Jeffrey Repsher, Susan Strohl, Stephanie Reed and spouse Dennis. Step-daughters, Robin Hoffman and spouse Lynn, Brenda Fritzinger. Step-sons John Noel and spouse Kelli, Timothy Noel and spouse Marie. Twin sister, Charolotte Mactavish. sister, Hannah Walsh; 19 grand children; 15 great grand children, with two on the way. Many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by step-son, David Noel. Brother, Robert Dotter. Sister, Josephine Gould.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Miller Funeral Home, 137 Fairview Street, Lehighton PA, 18235 have been entrusted with his care and service.
