Clark L. Pearson

Clark L. Pearson, 88 of Nazareth, PA, formerly of Marysville, OH, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at his residence on Thursday, May 18, 2023.  Born April 23, 1935 in Jersey City, NJ, he was the son of the late Lawrence Pearson, Sr. and the late Genevieve (Waylett) Pearson.  He was the husband of the late Veronica (Darab) Pearson who passed away in 2008.

Clark graduated high school in Woodbridge, NJ, went on to earn an Associates Degree in Marketing, owned a cabinet fabrication and installation company in Fords, NJ and worked in the cabinet industry until he retired in 1992 as Vice-President/General Manager for Tappan Corporation in Richwood, OH.  Turning a hobby into a business, he and his wife created "Delights of the Past" selling hand carved folk art wood carvings that he made and she painted until her passing.  They sold their carvings throughout the United States and travelled much of the East Coast for shows and to visit their clients.

Surviving are his children, daughter Deborah "Debbie" Rogers of Nazareth, PA, son John Pearson and wife Karen of Keansburg, NJ, daughter Laura "Laurie" Ohlandt and husband William of East Stroudsburg, PA, and son David Pearson and wife Cindy of Shoemakersville, PA, brother Raymond Pearson and wife Paula of Stevensville, MD, sister Carole Watts of Robbinsville, NJ, 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.  He is predeceased by brother Lawrence Pearson, Jr.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday May 23, 2023 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home, 211 E. Center Street in Nazareth, PA 18064. A Remembrance/Reflection time will be held at 3:45.   There will be no grave side services.
