Constance Helen Cole

Constance "Connie" Helen Cole, 88 of Allentown, PA, passed away peacefully in care of family on Monday, October 26, 2026. Born June 16, 1938 in Catasauqua, PA, she was the daughter of the late Edward S. Piervallo and the late Hilda M. (Taniser) Piervallo. She was the wife of the late James E. Cole who passed away in August 2023.

Connie was a 1956 graduate of Central Catholic High School, Allentown, PA. She earned her under graduate degree from Gwynedd Mercy College and her Master's degree from Lehigh University. Connie started her teaching career at St. Elizabeth's School, Fullerton, PA, until being hired by the Catasauqua Area School District and teaching at the Lincoln Middle School, Catasauqua until retiring in 1996 finishing a 35 year career. Connie treasured her time that she spent working at Willow Brook Golf Course Clubhouse, Catasauqua growing up.

Connie is survived by her sons, Matthew B. Cole and wife Kim of Quakertown, PA, Andrew J. Cole and wife Tina of Allentown, PA, daughter, Lori Cole of Chincoteague Island, VA; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by sons, David, Timothy, and Robert, and her brother, Edward C. Piervallo in 1998.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday Nov 6, 2026 at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave. Northampton, PA. 18067 with the Rev. Msgr. David L. James officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM prior to the services. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
