Dana J. Schmall

Dana J. Schmall, 69, of Clearview Road, Coplay, N. Whitehall Twp., died suddenly Wednesday evening, December 28, 2016, at his home.  He was the husband of Linda J. (Foster) Schmall since July 22, 1967.  Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Joseph L. and Lucille J. (Kidd) Schmall.  Dana was a self-employed truck driver for many years.  He was a 1965 graduate of the Parkland High School, and served in the Navy, Vietnam Era, achieved rank of MM 2/c.  Dana was an avid hunter, fisherman, and bowler.
Along with his wife, he is survived by sons, David s. and wife Robin of Slatington, Michael T. and wife Loretta of Orefield, Dean T. and wife Doris of Coplay, 6 grandchildren, Eric, Christopher, Amanda, Daniel, Victoria, and Mattew.  sister, Robin wife of Edward Swartley of Cape Coral, FL. niece.
Services will be held at 8:30PM Monday, January 2, 2017 at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067.  Calling hours, 6:30 - 8:30PM Monday in funeral home.  Military Honors, 8:45PM Monday.
