Debra K. Travostino, 62 of Nazareth, PA, passed away suddenly on November 8, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest in Allentown, PA. Born December 4, 1959 in Point Pleasant, WV, she was the daughter of Clyde Dempsey and the late Cristina (Randolph) Dempsey. Debra was the wife of David Travostino, with whom she had shared 40 loving years of marriage with this past May.
She was a graduate of South Point High School of Ohio, After high school Debra joined the Air Force and served during peacetime. After being honorably discharged from the military she went on to work at Macy's Department Store and Managing Bag Bazaar for a few years. Debra then went to work at CVS - Aetna where she was a Claims Processor for 31 years.
Debra enjoyed shopping and traveling, especially to the beach where she loved to go shelling. She adored her grandchildren and cherished the time she spent with them. Debra was a part of the Holy Family Cemetery Veteran Memorial team, where she had the honor to place a wreath on the Air Force Tomb on Veteran's Day this past year.
Surviving along with her husband, son, David Travostino of Nazareth, PA, daughter, Melissa Travostino of Brooklyn, NY, sister, Tamara Brown and husband Charles of Richlands, NC, grandsons, Aiden and Evan Travostino, nieces, Christa DeLong, Carrie Mckenzie, along with many other brother and sister in-laws, nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be planned for the future. Bartholomew - Schisler Funeral Home has been entrusted with her care and services.
Memorial contributions may be made in Debra's memory to The American Heart Association or the Nazareth Lions Club, c/o the funeral home.
