Dennis N. Ahner, 45, of Bowmanstown, Pennsylvania, died on Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, PA.
Born on November 27, 1971, in Lehighton, he was the son of Melvin and Jane (Kreiser) Ahner of Lehighton and the husband of Darlene R. (Christman) Ahner.
He was an operations manger of the Lehigh Valley Expo, Allentown for fifteen years.
In addition to his wife Darlene, and parents, Melvin and Jane Ahner, he is survived by son, Eric D. Ahner and Fiancee Sherry Anthony of Palmerton, step-daughters, Bobbie Jo Flexer of Bowmanstown, and Miranda Bellis of Palmerton, brother, Keith and wife Vera Ahner of Palmerton, sister-in-law, Jennifer Ahner of Rapid City, SD, two grandchildren, seven nieces and one nephew. He was predeceased by a brother, Rodney Ahner.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the Campton Funeral Home, 525 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m.
Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in care of the funeral home.
