Desiree C. Eastgate , 60, of Palmerton, Pennsylvania passed away on Saturday, March 13, 2021, at St. Luke's Hospital - Gnaden Huetten Memorial Campus, Lehighton. Born June 27, 1960, in Palmerton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Louise (Sulkevich) Chintala.
She worked for many years as a hiring manager for Blue Ridge Communications in Lehighton.
Survivors: She is survived by her daughters, Danielle E. Eastgate of Salisbury, MD, and Janelle L. wife of Kevin Thomas of Salisbury MD. Son, Tyler J. and wife Lindsay Eastgate of Hubert, NC. Grandchildren, Wyatt, Max, and Mia, and sister-in-law, Carol Chintala of Coatesville, PA. Niece and nephew, Nikki and Alex. She was predeceased by her brother, Jeff Chintala.
Services: Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by the Campton Funeral Home, Palmerton. Online Condolences may be made to the family at www.schislerfuneralhomes.com .
