Diane C. Burry

Diane C. (DuBois) Asbury-Burry , 86, of Kuntz Lane, Kunkletown, Lower Towamensing Twp., Carbon County, PA, died peacefully Sunday morning, December 17, 2023, in her home.  She was the wife of John B. Burry since August 11, 1990.  Born in Ambler, Montgomery County, she was a daughter of the late L. Lester DuBois and Margaret E. (Jones) Palermo.

Diane was employed as a draftsperson for the Moore Products Co., Spring House.  A truly creative person, Diane enjoyed arts, crafts, antiquing, gardening, restoring furniture, creating jewelry, and stained glass art.

Survivors: Husband, John.  Daughters, Melody L. Asbury, Melissa M. wife of Troy W. Victor, all of Albrightsville, Madeline C. wife of Gregory M. Pelletier of Jim Thrope, and Margo J. wife of Mark J. Wensel of Perkasie.  Stepdaughter, Suzann Burry of Anchorage, AK.  Stepsons, John R. and wife Margaret M. Burry of Birdsboro, and Douglass E. and wife Catherine of Cinnaminson, NJ.  11 grandchildren.  8 great-grandchildren.  Sister, Marjorie "Suzy" Close of Telford.  Numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by brother, David DuBois.
