Donna A. (Rood) Line, 85, of 3rd Street, Coplay, died Wednesday, Dec 13, 2017, at Cedarbrook Nursing and Rehab Center, S. Whitehall Twp. She was the wife of the late James "Boots" W. Line who passed in 2008. Born in Kingston, Luzerne County, she was a daughter of the late Martin A. and Helen D. (Mott) Rood.
Donna was employed as a key puncher/data entry for the former Fairtex Mills Textile Co., S. Allentown. Previously, she worked for Blue Cross Health Ins Co., Wilkes Barre. Donna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She enjoyed cooking and baking, and was a member of TOPS, Allentown.
Survivors: daughter, Denise A. wife of David Buskaritz of Coplay. son, Randall S. and wife Susan of Allentown. 5 grandchildren, Matthew, Jennifer, Amber, Brandon, and Colby. 5 great grandchildren, Carter, Logan, Rachel, Collin, and Cadence. sister, Betty wife of Robert Knorr of Kingston. twin brother, Donald and wife Betty Rood of Sidney NY. numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 2 sisters, and a brother.
