Donnalee Sheckler

DonnaLee (Wytychak) Sheckler , 77, of E. Lizard Creek Road, Lehighton, W. Bowmans, E. Penn Twp., died peacefully late Tuesday evening, February 28, 2023, at Mahoning Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Lehighton. She was the wife of Richard W. Sheckler since April 21, 1991. Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Michael Wytychak and Emily (Leffler) Nothstein-Warner-Berger.

DonnaLee was employed for several years at the former Kmart Store, Walnutport. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bowmanstown, and formerly attended Emmanuel United Church of Christ, Bowmanstown. DonnaLee was a 1963 graduate of the Lehighton High School.

Survivors : Husband. Daughters, TrudyAnn wife of Harold Bonser, Jr. of Lehighton, JodyAnn Smith of Palmerton. 3 grandchildren. 3 great-granddaughters. Brother, Michael and wife Sheryl Wytychak of Coeur d'Alene, ID. She was predeceased by sister, TrudyAnn, and brother, Adrian.
