Dorothy P. Falat, 95 of Whitehall, died Sunday, July 17, 2016, at Whitehall Manor.
Born March 8, 1921 in Alburtis, she was the daughter of the late Irwin Rader and the late Ella (Keim) Rader Beil. She
was also the wife of the late John Falat, Jr.
She worked as a sewing machine operator at the Clyde Shirt Company, Northampton, for many years before retiring.
Dorothy was a member of Holy Trinity Slovak Lutheran Church, Northampton.
She is survived by daughters, JoAnne D. wife of Robert Harder of Whitehall, and Elaine H. Falat of South Whitehall
Township, brother, Russell and wife Delores Rader of Coplay, grandchildren, Laura wife of Anthony Gulla, Shelene
wife of Enrico Ressler and Todd and wife Candace Harder, great grandchildren, Ashley, Matthew, Caitlin and Tyler,
nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by nine brothers and sisters.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM followed by an 11:00 AM funeral service on Thursday,
July 21, 2016, at Schisler Funeral Home 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton.
Interment will be in Allen Union Cemetery, Northampton.
