Douglas S. Wynn Iii

Douglas S. Wynn, III , 71, of Coopersburg, PA, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg, Bethlehem.

Born, August 29, 1953 in North Hollywood, California, he was the son of the late Douglas S. Wynn, Jr. and the late Dorothy M. (Weller) Wynn Harhigh and step-son of Emmanuel Harhigh.

He was employed by Jim Evans Tree Care, Coopersburg for many years before retiring.

He honorably served as a Seaman in the US Coast Guard from 1971 to 1975 where he received the National Defense Service Medal, Unite Commendation, Expert Pistol Ribbon, and Expert Rifle Ribbon. He was also a member of Coopersburg Fire Company.

He is survived by his son, Derek E. Wynn and Melissa Doyle of Northampton, grandchildren, Cole, Matthew, and Savanna, and sister, Suzan wife of Larry Graf of Macungie. He was predeceased by brother, Gregory Harhigh.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Schisler  Funeral Home, Northampton, PA has been entrusted with his care and arrangements.
