Eddie L. Bowe

Eddie L. Bowe, 78, of Greenwood Avenue, Nazareth, died peacefully Friday evening, June 12, 2020, at Gracedale Nursing Home, Nazareth. He was the husband of Bonnie (Bellamy) Bowe since Apr 5, 2014, and the late Barbara M. (Oswald) Bowe who passed in 2010. Born in Danville, VA, he was a son of the late Eddie and Rev. Cleola (Wiley) Bowe.

Eddie held a Master's Degree in Education and was employed as an industrial arts teacher for the Phila, Easton, and Shawnee Area School Districts. Previously, he owned/operated Bowe Upholstery, ForksTwp. In his youth, he participated as a dancer for American Bandstand.

Survivors: wife. Daughters, Janel wife of Stan Wyczynski, Laura wife of Chris Hopta, all of NJ. Sons, Brian and wife Cindy Schmidt, Brant and wife Tashia Schmidt, Bart and wife Michelle Schmidt; daughter in law Michele Schmidt all of Nazareth. 7 grandchildren. sister, Gwen Dailey of PA. He was predeceased by son, Bruce Schmidt.

Services: Memorial Service will be held at a later date with future interment at Holy Family Parish Cemetery, Nazareth. Arrangements, Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home, Nazareth.
