Edward H. Searfoss, Sr.

Edward H. Searfoss, Sr., 86, of Prospect Street, Weissport, PA, died peacefully on Thursday afternoon, July 6, 2023, at St. Luke's Hospital, Carbon Campus, Lehighton.  He was the husband of the late Margaret (Smith) Searfoss.

Edward was employed as a dishwasher for the former Terrace Restaurant, Walnutport.  Previously, he worked for Tam Pallet Co., Mahoning Valley, and the former Keystone Lamp Co., Slatington.

Survivors: Daughters, Beverly A. wife of Albert Solt of Lehighton, and Cheryl Berger of Girardville.  Son, Edward H. Jr., and fiancee Rose Keppel of Lansford.  4 grandchildren. 6 great-grandchildren.  Brother, Elmer and wife Debbie of Saylorsburg.  Several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by sister, Eleanor Searfoss, and brothers, Benjamin, Jr., and Robert K.

Services: Memorial Services, 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Miller Funeral Home, 137 Fairview Street, Lehighton, PA 18235.  Call, 1:00-2:00 p.m., Wednesday in the funeral home.  Private Interment.  Online Condolences: www.schislerfuneralhomes.com .
