Elizabeth Kropf

Elizabeth (Schlenner) Kropf, 92, of Scenic View Personal Care Home, Trachsville, formerly of West Bowmans, died peacefully early Friday morning, May 8, 2026. She was the wife of the late George J. Kropf who passed in 2015. Born in Palmerton, she was a daughter of the late John E. and Mary A. (Radics) Schlenner.

Elizabeth was employed as a trimmer/finishing dept by the former Scotty's Fashions Co., Lehighton for over 20 years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Palmerton, and previously attended the former Holy Cross Catholic Chapel, Bowmanstown. Elizabeth enjoyed bingo at the Walnutport Vol Fire Co., ceramics, crafts, game show programs, and casino trips. She was also a member of the I.L.G.W.U.

Survivors: daughters, Debbie wife of Larry Krause of Jim Thorpe, Kathy wife of Mike Zanders of Lehighton. sons, George of Palmerton, Todd and wife Jane of Daytona Beach, FL. 8 grandchildren. 12 great grandchildren. sister, Anna Boruch of Northampton. brother, Billy Schlenner of Hamburg. numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters, Renie Mertz, Margaret Gerhart, and Mary Williams, brothers, Johnny, Walter, Edward, and Clarence.

Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 11:00AM Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at Sacred Heart Church, 243 Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071. Call, 10-11:00AM Wednesday in church.
