Elizabeth A. Longenbach

Elizabeth A. Longenbach , 80 of Lehigh Township, passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center, Salisbury Township.

Born September 6, 1942 in Slatedale, she was the daughter of the late Conrad and Irene E. (Schleicher) Nicholas. She and her husband David K. Longenbach were married on October 23, 1965.

She worked on the family farm and was a member of St. Peter's UCC, 8142 Valley View Road, Northampton. She was a Northampton County 4H Club Leader for over 50 years and was a member of the former Harmony Grange.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, JulieAnn I. wife of Brent Hurlock of Lehigh Township, son, Eric C. and wife Christina Longenbach of Lehigh Township, and five grandchildren. She was predeceased by son, Scott D. Longenbach, and brother, Conrad L. Nicholas.

Services : The family will receive friends from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a 1:00 PM funeral service, all on Friday, August 11, 2023, at St. Peter's United Church of Christ, 8142 Valley View Road, Northampton. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Northampton 4H Club in care of the Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067.
