Elizabeth (Linsky) Strasser
, 102, formerly of Main Street, Cementon, Whitehall Township, Pennsylvania, died peacefully Saturday afternoon, April 8, 2017, at Cedarbrook Nursing Home, South Whitehall Township. She was the wife of the late Frank S. Strasser who passed in 1999. Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Mary (Fetchko) Linsky.
Elizabeth was employed as a seamstress by the former Garren Garment Company, Allentown, for over 40 years, retiring in 1976. She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Allentown.
Survivors: Several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by 8 sisters, and 2 brothers.
Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at Sacred Heart Church, 336 N. 4th Street, Allentown, Pennsylvania 18101. Call, 12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m., Tuesday in the church. Interment, Parish Cemetery, Fullerton Avenue, Whitehall Township. Arrangements, Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067.
