Ellen D. Bloom

Ellen D. Bloom, 72 of Catasauqua, passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021, at her residence.

Born May 31, 1948 in Elizabeth, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Violet (Baker) Roberts.

Ellen worked for many years as a presser and sewing machine operator for Universal Pants Factory, Northampton, PA. In her spare time, she loved spending time with her friends, playing bingo, going out to eat, or going on a bus trip.  She proudly volunteered as a bell-ringer for the Salvation Army during Christmas time.

Ellen is survived by her niece, Annette Schrantz, nephews, and other extended family. She was predeceased by her sister, Constance Mammana.

Personal, Private services will be held at the time and place of your choosing with your fondest memories that will keep her near and dear to your heart. Schisler Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
