Evelyn J. "Jean" Green

Evelyn J. "Jean" Green , of Northampton PA, passed away on September 16, 2023 at Whitehall Manor, Whitehall PA. Born August 18, 1938 in Jim Thorpe, PA, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Judith (Keck) Weaver. She was the wife of Robert L. Green, who she had married on September 1, 1962 and and just celebrated 62 years of marriage.

She worked as a telephone operator for the former Bell Telephone and PP&L until 1964 and was a member of  St. Paul's Anglican Church, Allentown. She enjoyed crafting, knitting and quilting in her free time.

Surviving along with her husband, daughter, Kimberly wife of Thomas Dolim of Milpitas, California, and grandchildren, Isabelle Dolim, Christopher, and Nicholas Seebart.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday September 23, at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave. Northampton, PA 18067 with the Fr. Robert Frederickson officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives from 10:00 AM up until the time of service.
