Faye E. Mehalshick

Faye E. Mehalshick , 75 of Laurys Station, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Phoebe Allentown Health Care Center, Allentown, PA. Born Saturday, May 27, 1950 in Cherryville, she was the daughter of the late Rudolph and Esther (Peters) Moyer. She and her husband Joseph Mehalshick, Jr. were married on May 22, 1981.

"Payroll Faye" worked in payroll and accounts payable for KidsPeace, Orefield, in Orefield for 27 years before retiring in 2015. "Smother" was a longtime member of the Ya-Ya Book Club.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters, Rose wife of Chad Atkins of Alburtis, and Annie wife of Jeffrey Muehlenkamp of Laurys Station, granddaughters, Astrid Mary Atkins and Marley Rose Muehlenkamp, brothers, Dale and wife Mary Moyer of Whitehall, Rudy and wife Judy Moyer of Schnecksville, Keith and wife Jane Moyer of Slatington, Terry and wife Janet Moyer of Parryville, and Peter and wife Toni Moyer of Germansville, sister-in-laws, Connie Moyer of Breinigsville, and Elizabeth Moyer of Whitehall, and nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
She was predeceased by brothers, Ronald Moyer and Dennis Moyer, sister, Sandra L. Franke.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
